Concert Choir

Formed in 2024, Concert Choir affords Northwest’s pre-service music teachers an opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience prior to their student teaching experience. This intergenerational ensemble is conducted by faculty and students who have successfully passed MUS 19420: Choral Conducting.

• Course Title: Concert Choir (MUS 19-105) or Concert Choir Activity (MUS 19-106)
• Concert Choir is open to any Northwest student or community member (middle school, high school, collegiate and adults)
• No audition necessary for participation, students only need to register for the course
• Class meeting time: Tuesday, 6:30-8:10 p.m.

  7 p.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024 – Fall Concert #2
  7 p.m.
• Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025 – Spring Concert #1

• Tuesday, April 15, 2025 – Spring Concert #2
  7 p.m.

Concert attire: Concert black, head-to-toe.
